David is the Chief Executive Officer of The Pacific Group. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations. Prior to The Pacific Group, David worked as a Wall Street Investment Banker with Wasserstein Perella & Co. and Salomon Smith Barney. There, he executed over $100 billion in complex merger & acquisition and corporate finance transactions for some of the world’s largest companies. His client base included Aetna US Healthcare, Magellan Healthcare, Allegiance Corp., HealthSouth, MedPartners, Snapple, Interpool Inc., Indigo Aviation, American TransAir, and BlueCross/BlueShields of California, Kansas City & Missouri. Nicole serves as the Executive Assistant to David Adefeso and helps oversee the administrative operations for The Pacific Group. Prior to The Pacific Group, Nicole spent the majority of her career as the operations manager at a sustainable surfacing company. As operations manager, Nicole oversaw and managed complex construction projects. She currently lives in Santa Monica, CA and enjoys spending her free time outside, whether hiking the Santa Monica mountains or playing volleyball on the beach with friends.
Nelson assists in overseeing the day to day administrative and operational functions of The Pacific Group, including maintaining client communications for the firm. With 4 years of experience within the financial services industry, Nelson joined The Pacific Group from JP Morgan Chase. Nelson enjoys visiting local modern art museums and traveling to new places. He maintains a fit lifestyle and is currently further pursuing his education advancement at the California State University of Northridge. Nelson is a native of Los Angeles, California.
Tim is a Vice President of The Pacific Group. He focuses on wealth management for high net worth individuals and their businesses. His experience includes asset accumulation and protection, qualified plan and 401(k) management, income distribution, and estate and generational wealth transfer. Prior to his career at The Pacific Group, Tim served as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps for five years. Tim graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors of Art’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Management.
Robert Hunter, CFP®, MSBA
Robert is a Senior Associate of The Pacific Group. With over twenty two years of experience in the financial services industry, Robert focuses on developing and executing tailored wealth management and preservation strategies for trusts, foundations, private enterprises and high net worth individuals. His areas of concentration include investment planning, estate planning strategies, retirement planning, tax-advantaged investing, and risk management. Prior to The Pacific Group, Robert worked at Ernst & Young. He also served as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA / Certificate in Financial Planning Program at Cal Lutheran University and as a financial education instructor for the San Diego Chargers’ rookie players in connection with the annual mandatory NFL Life Skills Training program. Robert received his MSBA in Financial and Tax Planning from San Diego State University and his BS in Finance from Arizona State University. Evan is the Executive Vice President of The Pacific Group. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, he focuses on asset management, wealth transfer and risk management. He also works within the nonprofit marketplace including public and private foundations, governmental agencies, the public school systems, and 501(c)(3) organizations. Raised in Northridge, CA, Evan graduated from California State University of Northridge in 2002 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and has been awarded the title of Retirement Planning Specialist by AXA Advisors, LLC based on his having earned a Certificate in Retirement Planning from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Andrew Ziskin, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®
Andrew is the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Pacific Group and has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. In addition to managing the day to day operations of the firm, he focuses in the areas of strategic investing and risk management. He also oversees the firms Trusted Advisors program, which works closely with accountants and clients’ other financial professionals to design and implement unique strategic alternatives for clients. Prior to joining The Pacific Group, Andrew was a Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of AXA Advisors. He also served as the Managing Partner of the business Strategies Group of Southern California, a division of AXA Advisors, LLC, which helps business owners protect, preserve and pursue tax-efficient value-add structures within their businesses. Andrew received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from San Diego State University. He is active in numerous local and national charities.
